The Working With Kids Foundation (WWKF) is the controller for data collected via this contact form. Questions can be sent to info@wwkfoundation.com.
02 What we collect
Via the form we process the details you enter: name, organisation, email address, your role and interest, and any message. We also process technical data required for operation and security (such as your IP address for spam and abuse prevention).
03 Purpose and basis
We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and to contact you. Basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding to interested parties.
04 Retention and sharing
We retain your message for as long as needed to handle it and maintain the relationship. For email we use a processor (Resend). We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes.
05 Special protection of children
Children’s personal data (including the BSN) is processed only within the secure platform — never via this contact form. The BSN is stored encrypted, never leaves WWKF, and is decrypted only just-in-time with full logging.
06 Cookies
This website sets only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for operation and security (such as the session and language preference). No tracking, no advertising cookies.
07 Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification and erasure, and to object to or restrict processing. Email info@wwkfoundation.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
